Copyright
The application (layout, design, code, and original writing on this site) is owned by the site operator and is offered for use of the service in line with these terms.
Bible translations remain subject to their respective copyright holders and licenses. The database bundles we import include per-translation metadata (for example copyright notices); public-domain and permissively licensed texts are used where indicated.
Historical creeds and confessions are in the public domain or are reproduced here for study and worship; the structured presentation in this app does not change the underlying status of those texts.
Strong’s lexicon data is used under the terms of the Open Scriptures project (see below).

Greek and Hebrew Strong’s entries (lexicon data) come from the openscriptures/strongs project, used under CC BY-SA.
Open Bible — Bible geocoding
The Bible-Geocoding-Data dataset (modern place coordinates, etc.) is used under CC BY 4.0. Map tiles may use © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
Creeds.json (historic confessions)
Structured texts for some confessions and creeds are informed by the Creeds.json project; see that repository for licensing and attribution of those documents.
Apostolic Fathers (Project Gutenberg)
English texts for 1 Clement, Ignatius, and Polycarp on this site are taken from Project Gutenberg ebook no. 77576, an edition of the Ante-Nicene Christian Library, vol. I (1870). That material is in the public domain in the United States; follow Project Gutenberg's license when redistributing their files.
Systematic theology (Project Gutenberg & CCEL)
In-app excerpts and links may use public-domain texts from Project Gutenberg and full works linked from Christian Classics Ethereal Library. Follow each host's terms for their copies of those works.
